The Cyber Raccoons live between those systems. Their masks are natural. Their tools are improvised. They recover abandoned credentials, expose rigged gates, and publish routes others tried to hide.
Every raccoon belongs to a loose crew called The Hood. Their symbol is not a crown; it is an open lock cut by three claw marks.
